We want you to love your routine. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Are MERIT products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, MERIT is 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. The majority of our products are vegan, and we clearly label any items that contain ethically sourced beeswax.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order for the best chance of modification.
