We want you to love your MERIT routine, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the products you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original MERIT box to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
